The Crushman Trailer Unit
The NEW innovative and unique CRUSHMAN trailer
unit incorporates the original standard crusher. THE
CRUSHMAN trailer
unit is extremely practical and enables recycling on-site!
Save money on skips, save
money on aggregate costs! Re-use previously unusable
material as your hardcore for the new build or to sell
on! As THE CRUSHMAN Trailer
Unit is only the size of a small car, access is not usually
an issue but there are some situations
where access is extremely restricted and in these instances, THE
CRUSHMAN may
be removed from the trailer unit via the fork lift tunnels
provided on the unit and used on a
stand which is available as an accessory. (see photo below
and accessories
page).

THE CRUSHMAN'S sturdy
cabinet houses its own power source, provided
by an Atlas Copco 30 ltr Honda power pack (LP13-30 P PAC
- see separate specification). Other accessories
or tools such as the breaker and hoses may be stored in
here too.
The Crushman:
- Crushes at a rate of 2 - 3 tons
per hour
- Accepts lumps of approximately 200 x 150 mm cross-section. (It is best to feed large lumps individually)
- For occasions when the Crusher
is to be used when removed from the Trailer Unit, adaptor
plates/tractor linkages are
available for a wide range of host vehicles such as agricultural
tractors, skidsteers and compact loaders.
- The Crushman has replaceable crushing plates and hydraulic oil filter to ensure a long working life.
- Available in yellow, red or
green. Your individual colour specification
can be met for a small extra cost - see Accessories
page.

Flow Rates
The European Hydraulic Tool Manufacturers
Association (E.H.T.M.A) has categorised hydraulic power
packs and tools in terms of flow rate and working pressure.
The LP 13-30 PAC is categorised by the E.H.T.M.A as below:
| Flow Rate, L.P.M (Gal, US) |
20-30 (5.2 - 7.9) |
| Nominal Pressure,
Bar (PSI) |
120 (1740) |
